Join us as we participate in a Love Life prayer walk on Saturday, August 15^th at Lee Owens Park, 7930 Greenleaf Ave., in Whittier starting at 9am. The event begins with a time of worship and encouragement from the Word at the park then a short prayer walk to the Whittier Planned Parenthood one block away for a time of prayer outside the location. Are you interested in promoting a biblical worldview in the upcoming election? Faith in Action Ministry will be hosting two orientation meetings, choose either Sunday, August 16^th or Sunday August 23^rd at 12:45pm. Sign up at the Information Desk.

If you have a passion for serving kids and a heart for worship, we’d love for you to join the Children’s Worship Team! Join us on Saturday August 29^th at 9:30am as we tour the Creation Museum in Santee (San Diego). We will walk through the days of creation, Noah's Ark, and more. You will be able to ask your Biblical and scientific questions with our own dedicated tour guide. Cost is $10 per person for entry paid at the museum on the day of the event. All youth are encouraged to come to this year's retreat. The theme is "Rooted" and will take place at Mt. Kare, in Wrightwood. The retreat dates are from Friday, September 11^th to Sunday, September 13^th. The cost is $195 per child with a $50 deposit due at the time of sign-up. You can sign up at the Information Desk.
